Donate Supplies

PLEASE NOTE: We are now accepting Medtronic 670G and 770g Insulin Pumps. Unexpired Medtronic, Tandem/T-slim, Tandem X2 insulin pumps and Omni Pod pump supplies. We are also accepting Medtronic Guardian3, and Dexcom G6 or G7 Sensors, transmitter, etc. and Glucose test strips.

COVID-19 UPDATE for Donating Supplies

We have had to implement temporary new guidelines on how pumps and pump supplies should be shipped. To send an insulin pump, please follow these steps to ensure the safety of our staff.

  1. Remove all tubing from your insulin pump.
  2. Remove your pump clip and discard.
  3. Wipe your pump down with a disinfectant wipe or equivalent.
  4. Place your pump into a Zip Lock bag.
  5. Place pump into your shipping box and send to:
